Sale of Business

Before selling a business, we set out to prepare a written plan of action for the process outlining the extent of our work and services.

We divide the sale into three phases - Before, During and After the sale. Throughout all phases, we assist the company in a methodical and targeted effort towards the sale. Once the sale is securely completed, we follow up on the process in the After sale phase.

In order to preserve business values, our work is performed with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion possible. We never pass on identifying information to any prospective buyers without prior agreement. This is why we also expect all buyers to sign a confidentiality agreement.
